"Way faster shipping than I figured"
I ordered from Editor’s Pick thinking, okay, this is probably going to take a week or maybe longer, but then it showed up in just a couple days. I was kind of surprised because I kept expecting it to be slower and then, nope, already at my door.
The tracking updated like it should, and the package arrived in good shape too. Overall I’m happy with it, especially how quick the whole thing was, so yeah, no complaints from me.

"Prescription was accurate, but confirmation took a bit"
My prescription matched exactly what I ordered, so no issues with the strength or any of the details. It did take a little while to get confirmed, but overall the accuracy was good. Has anyone else had the same delay with confirmation?

editorspick.com was okay overall , but the regular prices felt a little higher than I expected . The discounts definitely make it more worth it when they pop up , though sometimes they still do not bring the price down enough . I would probably shop there again , but only if I found a better deal ...

"Honestly, I’m not sure it’s legit"
I don’t know, the item just feels kind of fake to me. Maybe I’m being picky, but it didn’t have the quality I expected. I reached out to support and they replied, so that was nice, but it didn’t really solve anything. Overall, I’m disappointed, though I guess it’s not the worst thing ever.

"Customer service was a miss for me"
I reached out to editorspick.com a few times about my order and never heard back. I waited several days hoping someone would at least give me a simple update, but nothing useful came through. Maybe the site works fine for some people, but my experience was definitely a miss. It’s frustrating when they take your money but can’t respond to a basic message, so I wouldn’t order from them again

It wasn’t bad, but it didn’t really wow me either. The quality is okay and it does the job, but I kept wondering if I was missing something because it just felt average to me. Maybe other people had a better experience, but I’d say it’s fine, not amazing...

I did end up getting my refund, but it took a bit longer than I expected. Nothing too dramatic, just one of those things where my gut said it should’ve been quicker. Still, it came through in the end.

"Not the easiest to navigate"
I guess it has what you need somewhere, but finding it wasn’t exactly smooth. The menus felt kind of messy, and the search didn’t really help as much as I hoped. It’s not terrible, but it could definitely be easier to use.

"Box showed up beat up"
The order itself was okay, but the packaging actually looked rough when it arrived. The box was crushed on one side and the tape was halfway coming loose. The item still worked fine, but for the price, I actually expected it to be packed a little better. Not the best first impression.

"Easy exchange and no wasted money"
I ordered the wrong size and was worried I’d be stuck with something I couldn’t use or end up losing money on the return. Luckily, the return label was easy to find and the exchange went through quickly. I got email updates the whole time and didn’t have to follow up with anyone. I expected it to be a hassle, but it ended up being really smooth...

"Lens choices was okay"
They has some decent lens options, and I did find a few that seemed fine. I just wish the info about coatings and prices was a little clearer. It wasn’t a bad experience, just felt a bit limited for what I needed.

"weak frame selection"
the frame selection was kind of a letdown. most of the styles felt really similar, and the few pairs i actually liked were out of stock. i ended up leaving without ordering anything.
